The 2026 CGN Sustainable Development Summit commenced today (September 7) at the Huaxia Hall of the Wuzhou Hotel in Shenzhen, China.

Delegates representing 14 countries and 65 journalists gathered for the occasion. The theme of this year's summit is “Green Energy Across Mountains and Seas, Forging a Shared Future Together.”

Senior executives from CGN (China General Nuclear Power Corporation) attended the event. Alongside the conference, green energy projects implemented by CGN across Malaysia, Laos, Kazakhstan, North Korea, France, Senegal, Namibia, and Brazil were also introduced.
