Newly appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Parliament Reforms and Mass Media, Mr. W.M.V. Narampanawa assumed duties in his post today. Mr. Narampanawa, who has served for years as an Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and has held many other posts in the field of Public Administration, is a renowned and well experienced Public Servant. Mrs. K.W.T.N. Amarathunga, Additional Secretary (Administration) and Mr. B.K.S. Ravindra, Additional Secretary (Development & Planing) and the Staff members of the Ministry too has been present on the occasion.
