It was held at the Ananda Samarakoon studio of the SLBC yesterday. The memorial lecture was delivered by veteran artiste Sathischandra Edirisinghe.

A collection of songs sung by Vijaya Kumarathunga was presented to the Minister. Director General of the SLBC Erananda Hettiarachchi Media Secretary to the Hon. Minister Budhiahsa Madushanka Abeygunawardana, Singer Sanjeewani Weerasinghe, Film Director Padmasiri Kodikara, Actor Keetus Mendis,and many veteran artists were present at this occasion.
