The foundation stone for this monastery of music will be placed at the hands of His Excellency the President Maithripala Sirisena and Hon. Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe on the auspicious moment at 10.00 a.m. on 28^th August, 2017 at Ape Gama, Battaramulla.

This occasion will be graced by the Minister of Finance and Mass Media, Hon. Mangala Samaraweera, Deputy Minister, Hon. Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Secretary to the Ministry, Dr. R.H.S. Samarathunga along with the Chairman of Amaradeva Foundation, Mrs. Wimala Amaradeva, Director, Mr. Ranjana Amaradeva and officials, artistes and other distinguished guests.
