A book written by Natalya Kulishenko, senior officer at the Russian Centre in Colombo, was presented to Transport, Highways and Mass Media Minister Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana yesterday (13).
Kulishenko presented the book An English Queen and Starlingrad written in Russian and a copy of its English translation to the Minister.
The presentation of the book took place after a discussion between the Minister and Kulishenko at the office of the Transport, Highways and Mass Media Ministry in Battaramulla.
